General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between DHM Montagetechnik LTD (hereinafter "DHM") and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.

2. Services

DHM offers services in the areas of rack inspection, rack assembly, mechanical engineering assembly, and large-scale industrial assembly. The specific scope of services is determined by the respective offer or contract.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded through written confirmation of an offer or through the placement of an order by the customer. Changes or additions must be made in writing.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deductions.

5. Performance time and delay

Delivery dates are agreed upon individually. Delays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond DHM's control will extend the deadlines appropriately. In the event of a delay, DHM must be granted a reasonable grace period in writing.

6. Customer’s duty to cooperate

The customer shall ensure that all information, documents, and access necessary for the performance of the services are provided in a timely manner. Delays due to a lack of cooperation shall not be the responsibility of DHM.

7. Warranty

DHM guarantees the professional execution of its services in accordance with the state of the art. Defects must be reported immediately in writing. Improvements will be made at DHM's discretion.

8. Liability

DHM is only liable for intent or gross negligence. Further liability, in particular for indirect damages or lost profits, is excluded unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in the privacy policy at www.dhm-montagetechnik.com.

10. Final provisions

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply. The place of jurisdiction is Larnaca, to the extent permitted by law. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
