Refund Policy
DHM Montagetechnik LTD

1. General
This refund policy applies to all contracts and services concluded between DHM Montagetechnik LTD (hereinafter "DHM") and its customers.
2. Right to reimbursement
A refund is only available if the service has demonstrably not been provided or has been provided defectively in accordance with the agreed contract. This requires timely and written notification of defects by the customer.
3. Deadlines
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to DHM within 14 days of completion of the service or invoicing.
4. Exclusion of refund
A refund is excluded in the following cases:
- Late notification of defects or lack of evidence
- Force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of DHM
- Services already fully provided and in accordance with the contract
5. Procedure
Once received, the refund request will be reviewed within 14 business days. If the claim is justified, the refund will be issued either by credit note, refund, or subsequent correction of the invoice.
